Who’s been buying property in Downtown and Northside Lexington?

Lexington’s Downtown and Northside neighborhoods have seen an influx of new investors in recent years, in large part due to the efforts of the now seemingly defunct North Limestone Community Development Corporation to develop an arts district, an Opportunity Zone designation by Congress in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, and a $550,00 grant to transform a bus depot into a public market.
