Cancelled Golden Alert for Terry Lowe

UPDATE: The Golden Alert for Terry Lowe has been cancelled. Terry has been located.

The Lexington Police Department has issued a Golden Alert for a missing Lexington man. 

Terry Lowe, 63, was last seen on January 16, 2025, in the 1900 block of Haggard Court. He is 5’06” tall and approximately 170 pounds, with green eyes, and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, light blue jeans, brown house shoes and ball cap.

Lowe has a mental health condition and is believed to be walking but may use public transit.

Anyone with knowledge of Terry Lowe whereabouts is asked to call 911.
