University of Kentucky to maintain website explaining possible impact of Trump Administration executive orders

There is still a lot of confusion surrounding executive orders from President Donald Trump. In the mean time, the University of Kentucky will maintain a new website created to offer updates about the impact of these executive orders.

The website was preceded by a letter from UK President Eli Capilouto. He wrote that the Trump Administration stated the pause on loans, grants and federal assistance programs doesn’t apply to Pell Grants or other student loan programs.

The letter also notes school officials are assessing how the pause and executive orders will affect half a billion research dollars in areas like health care, horses, AI, materials science and energy.
