A death in Livingston County brings to 15 the number of people who have died in Kentucky from weather-related causes since torrential rains brought statewide flooding last weekend, Gov. Andy Beshear said Thursday. 

Almost 200 roads in Kentucky remain closed because of hazardous conditions, the Transportation Cabinet reports.
