Nicholasville Road Homicide Investigation

The Lexington Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred this evening in the 3800 block of Nicholasville Road.

On May 28, 2025, around 5:20 pm, officers were dispatched to the 3800 block of Nicholasville Road for shots fired. When officers arrived, they located a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was declared deceased at the scene. 

At this time, no suspect information is available, and detectives are asking anyone in the area to check their surveillance cameras and contact Lexington Police if they have footage that can help with the investigation.
