W Loudon Ave and N Broadway Hit-and-Run Collision Arrest

One person has been arrested in connection with a hit-and-run collision that occurred this morning near the intersection of W Loudon Ave and N Broadway. 

On Tuesday, June 3, 2025, around 8:45 a.m., officers were dispatched to the area of W Loudon Ave and N Broadway for a hit-and-run collision involving a pedestrian. The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital with reported minor injuries.  Utilizing the department’s Real-Time Intelligence Center, officers located the vehicle and driver a short time later. 

Adrun Bennett, 27, was arrested and has been charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident/Failure to Render Aid and No Operators-Moped License. He is currently being held at the Fayette County Detention Center.
