Now accepting FY26 – Class B Infrastructure (BI) Grant Applications for the Stormwater Quality Projects Incentive Grant Program

The Division of Water Quality is now accepting FY26 -– Class B Infrastructure (BI) Grant Applications for the Stormwater Quality Projects Incentive Grant Program (SQPIGP). 

The Program is funded through the Water Quality Management Fee and provides financial assistance for businesses, schools, churches, apartment complexes and other institutions to improve the surface water quality in Fayette County.  

Previously funded projects included stream restoration, constructed wetlands, bioretention, rain gardens, rainwater harvesting and pervious pavement installation. Funding is also available for “Feasibility Only” type grants and “Projects $75,000 or Less.”  

Applications for Class BI Grants are due by 4 p.m., Friday, July 25, 2025.
