Crews from the Divisions of Streets & Roads and Water Quality, with contractor support, continue to treat roadways. Parks sent trucks and drivers to help with ranked neighborhood roads. Pretreating and favorable temperatures have positively contributed to current roadway conditions.
Depending on ongoing needs, a full or partial night crew will report at 8 p.m. Staff will be available to work throughout Saturday if their services are needed. Up to another 1” of snow is possible.
Waste Management serviced most households scheduled for collection days. Trucks will run tomorrow to service what was not accessible due to road conditions today. A list of these roads is available at LexingtonKY.gov/snowupdates. If your carts were not collected, please leave them at the curb.
