One person has been arrested in connection with a shooting that occurred in last year on Mt. Rushmore Way.
On September 20, 2025, around 2:15 am, officers were dispatched to a residence in the 1100 block of Mt Rushmore Way for a shooting with a victim. When they arrived, they located a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to a local hospital with reported non-life-threatening injuries.
Jocko Green Jr, 22, was arrested on February 19, 2026, and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. He is currently being held at the Fayette County Detention Center.
