FRANKFORT, Ky. (Nov. 20, 2025) – Earlier this month, Gov. Andy Beshear directed that flags at all state office buildings be lowered to half-staff in honor and remembrance of former Vice President Dick Cheney until sunset on the day of interment.
Former Vice President Cheney will be interred in a private ceremony following his funeral this morning at the Washington National Cathedral. Flags should therefore be returned to full-staff at sunset today.
