The Lexington Police Department is investigating a homicide after a fatal shooting occurred this evening on Blazer Parkway.
On Thursday, November 20, 2025, around 7:30 pm, officers were dispatched to the 3400 block of Blazer Parkway for a shooting with a victim. When officers arrived, they located a male victim in a parking lot. The male was pronounced deceased at the scene.
At this time, all parties have been identified, and detectives are continuing to investigate the cause of the shooting. The preliminary investigation suggests there is no ongoing threat to the public.
The Fayette County Coroner’s Office will release the decedent’s name.
