One person has been arrested after an assault that occurred last night on Lakeshore Drive.
On Tuesday, December 2, 2025, around 7:08 pm, officers were dispatched to a residence in the 100 block of Lakeshore Drive for unknown trouble. When officers arrived, they located a male victim with life-threatening injuries from an assault. The victim was taken to a local hospital with reported life-threatening injuries.
The suspect, Wilmore Brown, 68, was arrested at the scene. He has been charged with Assault 1st Degree and is currently being held the Fayette County Detention Center.
