FRANKFORT, Ky. (Dec. 4, 2025) – In accordance with a proclamation from the White House, Gov. Andy Beshear has directed that flags at all state office buildings be lowered to half-staff until sunset today, Thursday, Dec. 4, in honor of West Virginia National Guard Specialist Sarah Beckstrom.
