Cops: Sunday’s downtown shooting was narcotics-related
In a document obtained by The Times, the Lexington Police Department appears to suggest that heroin was involved in a non-fatal Sunday morning shooting. The chain of events started at 1:45am when two people were shot near the Lexington Center.
The report states the “Victim’s [sic] stated an unknown suspect fire [sic] multiple shots and they were struck by gun fire [sic] and transported to the hospital with serious physical injuries.”
