On August 24, 2022, at 6:00 PM, the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government
will conduct a public hearing regarding the cable television franchise of Charter
Communications Inc. (locally doing business as Spectrum). The purpose of this public
hearing is to afford the public in Lexington-Fayette County appropriate notice and
participation for the purpose of (A) identifying the future cable-related community needs
and interests, and (B) reviewing the performance of Charter Communications Inc. under
the company’s cable television franchise during the current franchise term.
