LFUCG Fleet Services worker schools council on compensation, recruitment, and retention at meeting

Lexington, Ky–Rob Wilson serves the public with the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government’s fleet services. He addressed the council on Thursday after a presentation on a compensation study was given at the Tuesday Council work session. He had concerns about city pay scales and whether they were properly following local law. He also said that compensation may be the key to recruiting AND retention.
