Lexington, Ky.–The Manchester, a seven-story boutique hotel located at 941 Manchester Street in the Distillery District is currently under construction. The project was funded with $39 million in Industrial Revenue Bonds issued by the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government. The hotel was officially announced in December 2021 and will open in March 2023.
