Florida man leads Central Ky cops on high speed chase – Body found in his trunk

Lexington, Ky–A dead body was found inside a Florida man’s vehicle after he led police on a multi-county chase through Central Kentucky Wednesday, according to the Kentucky State Police.

The chase started on I-75 in Madison County around 10 a.m. and ended in Laurel County. The deceased victim was female. The cause of death is being investigated by KSP. Neither the victim nor the suspect’s name has been released.

Southbound lanes on I-75 were shut down at Exit 49, with traffic diverted to US-25S.
