Zone Change Public Hearing for Apartment Development on Paris Pike

On Tuesday, Council will hold a Public Hearing for a Zone Change request for properties at 2200 Old Paris Pike and 2324 Paris Pike. Joyland Crossing LLC is seeking this zone change from a Highway Business Zone (B-3) to a Medium Density Residential Zone (R-4) to construct a four-building apartment complex with 164 total units.

The Planning Commission approved this zone change unanimously, but Council always gives final approval or disapproval to zone changes. You can see a rendering of the proposed development below.
