One person has been arrested following a shots fired incident that occurred Saturday evening on Baybrook Road near Mt Tabor Road.
On Saturday, August 9, 2025, around 10:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to Baybrook Road near Mt Tabor Road for a report of shots fired. When they arrived, they located a vehicle that had been damaged from a gunshot. The preliminary investigation suggests the two vehicles were involved in a rolling disorder. No injuries were reported.
Elijah Deal, 30, was arrested at the scene. He was charged with Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree, as well as, unrelated warrants.
