Sweeping work for debris removal on barrier walls and bridges
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Sept. 17, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of operations scheduled for District 7. Sweeping for debris clean-up along barrier walls and bridges will be in effect. The traveling public should expect delays for the locations with planned work.
Friday, Sept. 19 – 12 a.m. (midnight) until 6 a.m.
Fayette County
Locations are as follows:
Versailles Road/US 60 – the overpass ramp to New Circle Road/KY 4 (milepoint 4.):
- the westbound inner loop for the flyover bridge of US 60 (milepoint 4.699)
- New Circle Road/KY 4 (milepoint 4.6)
New Circle Road/KY 4
Inner and outer loop:
- Versailles Road/US 60 (milepoint 4.611) to Boardwalk (milepoint 10.015)
All work and/or closures are scheduled on a tentative basis, and subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
District 7 includes: Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties
