Clean-up operations scheduled for District 7

Sweeping work for debris removal on barrier walls and bridges 

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Sept. 17, 2025) The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of operations scheduled for District 7. Sweeping for debris clean-up along barrier walls and bridges will be in effect. The traveling public should expect delays for the locations with planned work.

Friday, Sept. 19 12 a.m. (midnight) until 6 a.m.

Fayette County

Locations are as follows:

Versailles Road/US 60 – the overpass ramp to New Circle Road/KY 4 (milepoint 4.):

  • the westbound inner loop for the flyover bridge of US 60 (milepoint 4.699)
  • New Circle Road/KY 4 (milepoint 4.6)

New Circle Road/KY 4

Inner and outer loop:

  • Versailles Road/US 60 (milepoint 4.611) to Boardwalk (milepoint 10.015)

All work and/or closures are scheduled on a tentative basis, and subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.

District 7 includes: Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties
