Work has been rescheduled
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Sept. 23, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists that this news release serves as an update. Mowing operations around panel signs has been rescheduled due to inclement weather.
Update:
- work did not take place on Monday, Sept. 22 and will not be in effect for Tuesday, Sept. 23 due to inclement weather
- operations will be rescheduled
Monday, Sept. 22 – 12 a.m. (midnight) until 6 a.m.
Tuesday, Sept. 23 – 12 a.m. (midnight) until 6 a.m.
Interstate 75
- work will begin at Duncannon Lane/Exit 83 and progress to the Fayette-Madison County line (milepoint 97.7)
The traveling public should expect delays during the hours of scheduled repair operations.
All work and/or closures are scheduled on a tentative basis and subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
District 7 includes: Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties
