Mt. Parkway/KY 9000 in Clark County
Rolling roadblocks will be utilized
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Oct. 22, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of scheduled work for the Mt. Parkway/KY 9000. Rolling roadblocks (a mobile operation) will be utilized for pothole repairs. The Kentucky State Police will be assisting with the work.
Thursday, Oct. 30 – 4 p.m. until 8 p.m.
The Mt. Parkway/KY 9000 – East and Westbound
- operations will begin on the Eastbound side and move to the Clark/Powell County line (milepoint 11.913) and then progress to the Westbound side at the Powell/Clark County line (milepoint 11.913) and conclude at milepoint 0.0
The traveling public should expect delays during the hours of scheduled repair operations.
All work and/or closures are scheduled on a tentative basis and subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
District 7 includes Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties.
