Interstate 64 located in Clark, Montgomery and Bath counties
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Oct. 26, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of a lane closures scheduled for I-64. The lane closures are necessary for bridge barrier retrofits in Clark County, as well as pavement repairs and construction of temporary crossovers in Montgomery County.
Tuesday, Oct. 28 through Monday, Dec. 1 – 7 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. weekdays
Interstate 64 – East & Westbound
Montgomery Co.
- lane closures will be in effect daily during work hours in construction areas, between milepoints 101.7 and 115.65
- motorists will be able to pass through the work zone
Clark Co.
- work will be in effect on the Stoner Creek Bridge at milepoint 102.6 to replace the existing barrier wall, a lane closure will be in effect 24/7 until work is completed
- motorists will be able to pass through the work zone
All work and/or closures are subject to change depending on weather conditions, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
