Two People Arrested After Police Technology Helps Recover Stolen Vehicle

Two people are in custody after the department’s Real-Time Intelligence Center and Air Support Unit assisted in locating a stolen vehicle. 

On November 4, 2025, around 3:15 pm, Intelligence Specialists in the department’s Real-Time Intelligence Center alerted officers about the presence of a stolen vehicle near W Third Street and Newtown Pike. The Air Support Unit was able to follow the vehicle and located it in the 2000 block of Cambridge Drive, at which time a passenger ran from the vehicle before the vehicle fled the area. The Air Support Unit continued to follow the vehicle, and it was located near Day Lily Drive and Mountain Laurel Way. The driver fled from the vehicle, but was quickly taken into custody by officers on the scene. 

The driver, Antonio Frye, age 18, was arrested and charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident-Failure to Render Aid or Assistance, Fleeing or Evading Police 1st Degree, Receiving Stolen Property ($10,000 or more), Receiving Stolen Property, and Reckless Driving. 

The passenger, Donald Quinn, age 18, was arrested and charged with Receiving Stolen Property ($1,000$10,000), and Carrying a Concealed Weapon, as well as a warrant.
