Closure scheduled for rest area in Clark County

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Dec. 4, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists that the rest area in Clark County is temporarily closed. The temporary closure is necessary for the lift station to be repaired.
Thursday, Dec. 4 – currently and until further notice
- the rest area is closed
- the parking lot is open
All work and/or closures are subject to change depending on weather, emergencies, and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
District 7 includes: Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties
