The Lexington Forum and the city are postponing Mayor Linda Gorton’s State of the City-County Address due to the weather. The speech is now planned for Thursday, Jan. 29, at Central Bank Center, pending any additional weather concerns. Doors open at 11 a.m. Program begins at 11:30 a.m.
