Woman hospitalized after two-vehicle crash on US-127 in Anderson County

A Lawrenceburg woman was hospitalized with serious injuries following a two-vehicle collision on US-127 bypass near the Bluegrass Parkway in Anderson County early on June 5, according to Kentucky State Police.

Troopers with KSP Post 12, which covers Anderson County, received a call around 5:30 a.m. regarding the collision. According to the investigation, Lauren Hudson, 43, of Lawrenceburg, was stopped in the right lane after being involved in an initial collision with a Chevrolet Traverse.

Moments later, a tractor-trailer operated by David Morse, 77, of Frankfort, struck the rear of Hudson’s Toyota 4-Runner. Anderson County Emergency Medical Services responded to the scene and transported Hudson to UK Albert B.
