Repairs for bridge approaches 

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Oct. 22, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of scheduled work for the Berea Bypass/KY 956 in Madison County. Repairs for a bridge approach will be in effect.

Thursday, Oct. 30 – 8 p.m. until 12 a.m. (midnight)

The Berea Bypass/KY 956 – Westbound

• a single lane closure will be in effect at the approach to repair bridge ends and the off side of the bridge at milepoint 0.236
• motorists will be able to pass through the work zone

All work and/or closures are scheduled on a tentative basis and subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
