he Phoenix Building, 101 E. Vine St., will close at 1 p.m. today due to an unexpected power outage. The building is currently operating on partial power and emergency lighting.
Government offices include the Divisions of Planning, Building Inspection, Code Enforcement, and the Property Valuation Administrator.
Facilities management and a contracted electrical firm are currently on-site assessing the necessary repairs.
At this time, the Phoenix Building is expected to reopen during normal business hours tomorrow.
