Kentucky Rural Health Association to hold annual conference Nov. 21-22 in Bowling Green

The 2024 Kentucky Rural Health Association‘s annual conference will be held Nov. 21-22 at Western Kentucky University Knicely Conference Center in Bowling Green, Ky. on Nov. 21-22.
The keynote address will be given by Sen. Stephen Meredith, R-Leitchfield, a former hospital CEO who works to increase health care access in rural Kentucky. Meredith serves as the chair of the Senate’s Health Services Committee and co-chair of the Senate’s Government Contract Review Committee.
As part of a packed agenda, the breakout sessions will offer a range of topics, such as clinic compliance, rural mental health, the impact of community health workers, university collaborations, remote patient monitoring, senior wellness, breastfeeding in Appalachia, hepatitis and more.
