One person has been arrested in connection with a shooting that occurred yesterday on Winburn Drive.
On September 18, 2025, around 11:10 am, officers were dispatched to the area of Winburn Drive and McCullough Drive for a shooting with a victim. When they arrived, they located a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to a local hospital with reported life-threatening injuries.
During the investigation, detectives identified Jon’Tay Mattingly, 20, as a suspect. He was arrested yesterday evening and charged with Assault 1st Degree, and Possession of a Handgun by Convicted Felon.
