Video: Watch the moment shots were fired on Sherard Cir last week
Lexington,Ky–A Lexington man was arrested after shots were fired on Sherard Circle last week. But surveillance video shows the man standing in his driveway talking to a friend when two men pull up in what may be a white Dodge Charger and open fire on his home. A mother and her infant were asleep in the front room.
The man was arrested for firing an assault rifle at the gunmen as they fled. Sounds fair enough to me. Check out the video and decide for yourself.
The only catch is that he’s a convicted felon, so he’s technically not allowed to have an assault rifle. It seems possible he might catch a little leniency because of the circumstances, but he’ll probably do some time for this.
