Lexington murder suspect sought by cops – juvenile already charged

Lexington, Ky–The Lexington Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating a suspect wanted for murder in connection with the December 10 shooting death of Elaina Mammen, according to a release. A 15-year-old juvenile has also been charged in connection with the shooting.

Hubert Lee Riley, 22, has active warrants for Murder, five counts of Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree, Possession of Firearm by a Convicted Felon, and Criminal Mischief 1st Degree relating to the shooting that took place on Colonnade Drive. Riley is listed as 6’4, 160 pounds in a recent arrest record.

Riley is considered armed and dangerous, and the public should call the cops if they locate him.

The juvenile was charged with Murder, five counts of Wanton Endangerment 1ST Degree, Possession of a Firearm by a Minor, and Criminal Mischief 1st Degree. They are being held at a juvenile detention center.

Riley was previously charged with Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree, Carrying a Concealed Weapon, and Receiving Stolen Property (Firearm) in 2019, in an apparent shots fired incident on Bryan Ave.
