Listen: Lexington rings in the new year with automatic gunfire
Lexington, Ky.–Residents of Lexington, Kentucky rang in the new year with celebratory gunfire last night. Lots and lots of celebratory gunfire. Check out the audio from this security footage taken near Fourth and Elm. The shooting goes on for approximately eight minutes.
Three people were also intentionally shot around 3 a.m. on Tennessee Ave in Lexington’s first 2023 shooting.
