David Royse of Lexington, Kentucky is a Vietnam veteran who spends his time advocating for compassionate treatment of addicts. David says fentanyl laced street drugs kill more Americans per year than ever before. He also says we can save thousands of Kentucky lives per year by giving living addicts access to a safe daily dose until they are ready to quit. He says The Kentucky State Legislature must take action to save lives across The Commonwealth.
